Northern Beaches - Mackay

Northern Beaches Central Stage 1 was completed in 2003. It is a 3600sqm centre anchored by Bi-Lo. Due to the rapid expansion in the area, planning has commenced on future stages of the centre.

The centre is located at the core of a master planned development. WGA has been retained by the client to review and develop plans for the ongoing staging and extension of the centre whilst incorporating urban planning strategies developed through the initial master plan formulation.
