MAUD ST - MAROOCHYDORE

The second stage of this project forms a major part of a retail and commercial precinct in the centre of Maroochydore which, on its completion, will incorporate a medical centre, pharmacy, gym, supermarket, newsagency and cafes at ground level and office space above.

The prominent position of the building necessitates a design, which, while satisfying the requirement of a modular structure for building efficiency also addresses the diversification of the architectural treatment to the four prominent elevations to individualise the internal tenancies.

The elevational treatments enable the building to address Council’s strict streetscape criteria.
