The five storey 40 unit development is a response to the need to provide higher density living at strategic suburban locations, close to service precincts and transport networks.

Maximum utilisation of the land as well as providing an economic yet comfortable living environment adjacent to a large suburban shopping centre was essential in the design of the project.

Amenity, affordability and accessibility were key considerations in the active suburban context.
