Pandanus - Redcliffe

Pandanus is located on the shores of Moreton Bay with views to Moreton Island. The site was constrained by the fact that it was irregular and positioned next to a large open drain.

The final design outcome sited 11 units with 9 having open unobstructed water views, from most rooms. Roof decks were incorporated for both public and private use.

Detailing was of the highest level with this development to ensure it set the standard and achieved a maximum return in an area that was not known for this type of development.
