Onslow Street - Caloundra

The brief called for a 280 units family friendly resort style, staged development.

To avoid the need for public advertising and exposing the project to extended delays through the public objection process, the design had to be code assessable and therefore satisfying all of the statutory requirements. An approval was issued in 8 months.

The design incorporates three 12 storey high rise towers and a 5 storey component to Onslow St. Siting of the building provides for more open view corridors to Moreton Bay, Glass House Mountains and Caloundra whilst those with limited views are better positioned to enjoy the benefits of the extensive interior landscaped recreation areas and pools.
