This mixed use development is named as a tribute to the famous theatre restaurant that occupied the site for 28yrs.

The brief was to incorporate a dynamic blend of commercial and residential buildings that capitalise on the outlook over adjacent parkland, whilst also exploiting its prime commercial potential and close proximity to the CBD.

The complex includes 9 townhouses, all of which feature large, private courtyards overlooking the neighbouring parkland, a commercial building and 15 apartments.
