Coverall - Westend

Starting with the typical narrow, deep, empty, concrete tenancy shell the aim was to create fluent flow and a hierarchy of spaces while maximizing usable area.

In lieu of the monotony of standard linear corridors the main circulation space is broken via meandering curved walls which articulate a sequence of private, public / communal spaces and a semblance of place.

Timber flooring in the reception signifies the entrance leading to the feature carpet of the main circulation space in contrast with the carpeted office areas.

The main circulation space is lined by a curved wall with ceiling recessed low voltage wall washes.
