This site had a mix of wartime industrial buildings and 70's commercial space in an existing two storey building fronting Evans Road.

Some buildings were demolished to allow more appropriate uses fronting the road & others were refurbished and modernised.

The existing commercial building was subdivided into various sized tenancies and completely refurbished inside and out. This was predominately to attract corporate tenants who required prominent quality space in proximity to the warehousing and major access routes present in the area.
