FMCA WAREHOUSE - Hemmant

This industrial warehouse of 4500sqm and 1000sqm of associated offices was developed for the expansion of FMCA. During the design development process we advised the client that there was room remaining on site for an additional commercial/ retail building of 2000sqm.

This advice was taken and the site planning was revised to accommodate this future building thus increasing the site yield.

The design of the office component of the building was created to provide a variety of form and depth with a minimum of cost.
