The final design outcome for Dwell achieved a yield of 44 units of which all had ocean views. Several of the penthouses were two storeys with raised ceilings to living areas. Overall the building is 7 storeys in height, in an area that is traditionally accommodated 5 and 6 storey buildings.

All this was achieved whilst complying with the local planning scheme and deemed to be self assessable, not requiring a town planning approval.

The underlying theme of the development revolved around the relaxed coastal lifestyle reinforced by the inclusion of two pool areas, health spa, open space living and extensive recreational areas.
