WGA’s brief was to design a building at 4.5 to 5 star energy efficiency of around 6000m2 NLA (net lettable area) suited to large tenancy requirements.

The solution incorporated 6 storey Curved Atrium which provided an external statement as well as reducing the internal distances to natural light sources.

Ground floor retail was provided with direct car park access from the internal rear basement carpark for convenience
